Mr. Waleed completed his LLB (Hons) from the Bahria University Islamabad. In an extremely short span of time, he has developed a reputation and expertise in Civil and criminal matters, Corporate advisory, Services matters, Energy and infrastructure, Oil and Gas, Intellectual Property Law, Family Laws, Cyber Crime Laws, Drug Laws and Rent laws etc. He advises and represents International and local individual clients, companies and Institutions. • Mubeen Mehr Vs Sohail Mahmood, Secretary to the Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and others: Represented and Assisted senior in Islamabad High Court in Defamation matter.
• The Gymkhana Vs Chief Commissioner Islamabad and others: Successfully Represented Gymkhana Pvt Ltd in Islamabad High Court regarding illegal sealing of the business Premises.
• JS Bank Limited Vs M/s Aitamad Steel Furnace and others: Represented JS Bank in Peshawar High Court regarding recovery of amount amounting to Rs 47 Million.
• Syed Abu Ahmad Akif Vs FGEHA and Others: Assisted my senior and represented Syed Abu Ahmad in Islamabad High Court regarding illegal allotments of Plots in D-12 Islamabad.
• Imran Sikander Vs CDA and others: Writ Petition in Islamabad High Court for the provision of basic amenities like Water, Gas, Electricity, Road and Street Lights in CDA Residential Project namely, Margalla Retreat, E-11, Islamabad.
• Mr. Ubaidullah Javed Vs Zarina Khatoon, IBECHS and others: Successfully represented Mr. Ubaidullah in Suit for Specific Performance of an Agreement in Islamabad District Court.
• MEFT and others Vs Inam and others: Application filed in Islamabad High Court in its original jurisdiction for the ratification of the Company register under Section 126 of Companies Act, 2017.
• Successfully filed and got bails in various Criminal cases in Islamabad and Peshawar District Courts.
