Mr. Raza, a UK and US qualified lawyer, who has vast experience of litigation, corporate advisory and project finance. His areas of practice are Banking and Finance, Competition, International Law, Telecommunication, Family Laws, Intellectual Property Law, Power Sector, Project Finance, Services Sector, Rent Laws, etc.

  • Mr. Raza has been advising a number of Government Organization including but not limited to Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Commerce, Pakistan Medical & Dental Council, Overseas Pakistan Foundation, etc. Beside it, Mr. Raza is an active litigator who is regularly appearing before the Islamabad District Courts, Competition Tribunal, NAB Courts, NIRC, FST and Honorable Islamabad High Court. 
  • Mr. Raza has been working independently in Islamabad and has worked on several cases related to Civil, Rent, Family, Services and Commercial cases. At MK-Associates, he has been actively involved in legal Research, drafting, case preparation, and advising clients.
  • In addition to Litigation and Corporate advisory, Mr. Raza is a dedicated teacher and trainer. He is a visiting lecturer in Bahria University where teaches students of L.L.M and LL.B.
